- Smooth, wide, reinforced overlap heat bonding at every seam — joints do not split, lasts much longer.
- I-beam welding with extra reinforcement at the middle part of 4-person rafts.
- Ergonomic handles with extra reinforcement — comfortable grip, no tearing at the screw points.

1 mm Pure PVC
40-gauge pure PVC, no recycled material. Thicker wall = higher burst resistance under 5-adult loads.
Heat Bonding, No Glue
High-frequency welded seams instead of adhesive. Leak-proof, no seam peeling even after thousands of slides.
Anti-UV & Chlorine Resistant
Stable color and flexibility in outdoor parks with treated water and strong sun exposure.
Reinforced Handles
10 thickened grip points with covered screw bases — the first place rafts usually fail, ours is doubled.
Independent Air Chambers
Safety Tube has 4 chambers; 5-person has 5. Puncture in one cell does not sink the raft.

Patch kits and spare valves available. Weldable on site with standard PVC repair tools.

5Application Scenarios
These rafts are built for water slides. The catalog lists no other application for the 5-person and Safety models — do not market them for lazy rivers or wave pools.

6Budget Topic: Slide Width & Cost
⚠️ Read this before ordering a 90" five-person tube
A 90" (≈2.3 m) raft is roughly three times the footprint of a 30" single tube. Your slide chute must be wide enough to let it pass without jamming — and that width changes everything upstream.
Our recommendation
- Measure the clear inside width of the slide chute at the narrowest point before ordering 90".
- Building a new slide? Design the chute around the raft, not the other way around — it saves more than the raft will ever cost.
- Tight chute → step down to the 78" Safety Tube (4 chambers, 8 handles), or a 48" triple / 42" double tube.
- Budget formula: raft cost + freight (buyer paid) + chute upgrade versus increased group-ticket revenue.
