⚠ "How wide is the raft, and does a wider raft mean a more expensive slide?" — YES, and here is why.Our family round raft comes in 67" / 72" / 78" / 96" (deflated). A 96" raft needs a significantly wider flume than a 30" single tube. If your existing slide is narrow, a 96" raft will NOT fit and may cause dangerous jamming. Wider slides = more concrete, more steel, bigger water pumps, deeper excavation — so the slide construction cost goes up. On top of that, a 96" raft uses far more PVC material and packs into a much larger shipping volume, so both the raft price and the freight are higher (freight is NOT included in our quote).
